Nearly a dozen new food concepts are coming to Toyota Music Factory in Irving this month.

Of the 11 soon-to-open brands, six are part of Big Beat Dallas, which will also open a full-production live music stage and the open air Texas Lottery Plaza at the development in March.

Big Beat is owned by Billy Bob Barnett, the founder of Fort Worth’s iconic Billy Bob’s Texas.
